Design and execute end-to-end AI video production workflows, from concept development and advanced prompt engineering to content generation, multi-shot consistency, lip synchronization, 4K/8K upscaling, color grading, and VFX integration.
Build and optimize AI generation pipelines using ComfyUI (custom nodes), AUTOMATIC1111, or InvokeAI, leveraging technologies such as ControlNet, IP-Adapter, Depth, Canny, OpenPose, and Reference-Only to achieve consistent characters, cinematic camera movement, lighting, and visual composition.
Integrate AI voice cloning and lip-sync technologies, including HeyGen, ElevenLabs, SadTalker, Wav2Lip, Hedra Talking Avatars, and native audio capabilities from leading AI video platforms, to create realistic virtual characters capable of speaking, singing, and performing naturally.
Collaborate closely with directors, screenwriters, producers, and VFX artists to transform scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts into production-ready AI-generated videos.
Evaluate and optimize AI-generated outputs, focusing on motion consistency, artifact reduction, emotional expression, cinematic quality, physical realism, and audiovisual synchronization.
Participate in research and development (R&D) by evaluating newly released open-source models, commercial APIs, and beta technologies, recommending and integrating the most suitable solutions into the production pipeline.
Ensure ethical AI practices by complying with copyright regulations, intellectual property policies, and responsible AI standards for commercial content production.
Candidate requirements
Proficient in leading AI video generation platforms, including Runway, Kling AI, Luma Dream Machine / Ray3, OpenAI Sora (via ChatGPT), Google Veo 3, Pika, Hailuo Minimax, Hedra, and Seedance 2.0.
Strong expertise in advanced prompt engineering for AI video generation, including cinematic language, shot composition, camera movements (dolly, zoom, pan, crane, handheld, etc.), lighting design, color theory, regional prompting, and multi-shot storytelling.
Hands-on experience with ControlNet, IP-Adapter, motion control tools, scene consistency workflows, and other techniques for maintaining character and visual consistency across multiple shots.
Proficient in at least two professional post-production tools, such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or CapCut Pro, to refine, enhance, and polish AI-generated videos.
