Produce and edit short-form video content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
Optimize video formats by adapting aspect ratios, resolutions, pacing, and duration to meet the best practices of each platform.
Create multiple A/B testing versions of video creatives for paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads to improve campaign performance.
Collaborate closely with Content Creators and the Marketing team to understand creative briefs, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.
Monitor emerging social media trends daily and proactively propose new content ideas, creative concepts, and engaging storytelling formats.
Candidate requirements
Proven experience in editing short-form videos for social media platforms.
Proficient in at least one professional video editing software, such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Adobe After Effects (basic level).
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and platform-specific best practices, including TikTok For You Page (FYP), Instagram Reels Explore, and YouTube Shorts.
Excellent creative eye with a strong sense of color, pacing, sound design, and visual storytelling, especially within 15–60 second short-form content.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
Proactive in keeping up with the latest social media trends, viral content formats, and platform updates.
Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance video editing workflows (e.g., CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling AI, Veo, ElevenLabs, Descript, etc.) is a strong advantage.
